Our Items

All of our items are displayed by an image on our website and this is our way of promoting our items for sale.  Our customers therefore make a decision on whether to purchase an item using the representation that we provide and accept that the image is an adequate example of the product although there may be slight differences.  Items made from natural materials may have slight 'nicks or notches' that can occur when using this type of material which may not be represented in the image we provide.

 

Payment

All payments when ordering from fizzlefish are taken through an external system and therefore we are unable to store any credit/debit card information on any database.  fizzlefish is therefore unable to pass any payment information to any third parties.

 

Delivery

All orders up 2kg are £2.99 and will be sent out via Royal Mail or My Hermes, whichever is the safest and quickest for each individual order.  Orders are packaged and dispatched the next working day after the order has been placed.  When a Bank Holiday falls on a Monday, the next working day will be Tuesday etc.  When orders have been sent, tracking numbers will be provided once dispatch has taken place.

 

Cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel orders at any time but once dispatch has taken place, customers are required to pay return postage.  

 

Returns

Any orders can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. The returns form on the rear of the invoice must be completed and included with the item.  Please contact us when wanting to return items so that we can provide you with return information.

 

Refunds

Orders will be refunded in full if items are received by you,our customer either damaged or faulty, we do however attempt to ensure all items arrive in the condition you would hope to receive your order.  If you change your mind, you can still receive a refund but they are given once the item has been received back in an unused and undamaged condition.
